Why is the first thing free?

So you can see how we work before you decide anything else. We take care of one thing, you judge the result, and you keep it either way.

What counts as one thing?

One task that keeps coming back and that you would hand off first: calls nobody returns, invoices that go out late, reminders, review requests, intake forms, a cleanup in QuickBooks. If yours is bigger than that, we tell you which part we can take care of free.

Do I have to give you access to everything?

No. For the one thing we need only the program it touches. If that program holds patient or client health records, you sign a data handling agreement first, limited to that program. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What happens after?

We watch it closely for 30 days so it keeps working. Then it is yours. If you want the full picture, the next step is the free Business Analysis. If not, you keep what we set up.

Is the first Business Analysis really free?

Yes. You keep it whether or not you work with us. If the right advice is to change nothing, that is what it will say.

Is the team real people?

Will this replace my staff?

No. Nobody here does a front desk job or a field job. We take the software work off your staff.

Do I have to learn new software?

Only if your numbers show a change will pay. If your software stays, your staff keep the screens they know.
