We collect only what you send us, we use it only to answer you and to do the work you ask for, and we do not sell it.
What the request form collects
Your name, your business name, the kind of business, your email, and, the number of people who work in the business, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, the software you use, how you heard about us and a note. It is sent to Sannidhi and read by Chris Cobb. We use it to contact you about your Business Analysis.
Client records
If you ask for a Business Analysis, we read your business records under a signed data handling agreement. We read only what the analysis needs. If you do not go further, our access is removed.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser. It does not tell us who you are.
Advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This site carries a measurement tag from Meta, the company that runs them. It tells Meta when one of our ads led to a visit or a request, and it sets cookies in your browser. If you arrive from an ad, we keep a note of which ad it was with your request, so we know which ads are worth running.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent the form.
- Software companies do not pay us, and we do not share your details with them.
