Thirty years building technology for large organizations. Based in Santa Cruz.

I am Chris Cobb. For thirty years I helped large organizations make their technology work for their business. Those organizations had budgets, departments, and people whose whole job was making sure the right systems were in place and working together.

Small businesses rarely have that.

If you are a chiropractor, a bodyworker, a landscaper or a carpenter, you probably started your business because you were good at something and wanted to do more of it. Somewhere along the way, running the business became a job of its own. You juggle software, chase information, repeat the same tasks, and try to get programs that were never built to work together to talk to each other. The work you love gets less of your time, and everything around it gets more.

You are not doing anything wrong. Most business software is built to handle one piece of the puzzle. Getting the pieces to work together takes time, experience and attention that most owners do not have to spare.

That is where Sannidhi comes in.

Making your business easier to run

Sannidhi brings the planning and problem solving large organizations have relied on for years to small businesses that never had access to it at a price they could carry.

It starts with understanding what you have, what is working and what is in your way. From there the work might be connecting the tools you already use, cutting steps that waste your time, or moving you to software that fits the way your business works now.

Then we keep it running. You get a one page report every Monday, and every three months we measure the same numbers again so you can see what changed.

The measure of all of it is simple: less of your week spent managing the business, and more of it spent on the work you built it to do.

One person directing an AI team

An AI team can read years of records in an afternoon, compare every option and check every detail. What it cannot do on its own is decide what matters. That part is mine.

I read what the team finds and decide what is worth doing, in what order, and what to leave alone. Sometimes that means fixing the software you have. Often it means moving you to software that fits how your business works now, because your own numbers show what the old setup is costing you. Most owners do not know they need that change until they see the data. I spent thirty years making these decisions for large organizations, and that judgement is why the team works as well as it does.

Keeping up with what AI can do, and testing it before it goes anywhere near your business, is part of the job, so you never have to follow any of it. You get the speed of a full AI team and the judgement of someone who has done this for three decades, at a price a small business can afford.

One client put it this way:

“The most valuable thing we gained is the freedom to do more of what we started this practice to do.”

How I work

You talk directly to me

There is no ticket queue, no rotating support rep, and no explaining your business to someone new every time. When you have a question or something is not working, you reach the person responsible for it.

My recommendations are independent

I take no money from software companies, including referral fees. The recommendation follows your numbers. Sometimes the right answer is to keep what you have. Often it is to change.

We start with your business

Before anything is recommended or built, I want to understand how your business actually runs. What takes too much time? What keeps getting in the way? What would you rather be doing? The work comes out of those answers.

I tell you when something is not worth doing

Not every problem needs new software, automation or AI. If an idea is likely to cost more than it gives back, you hear it from me early, before you spend money solving the wrong problem.
