Ten years ago, this meant hiring an outside firm and paying for every person it assigned to you. Now the team is AI, and one person with thirty years of experience directs it and is responsible for it. That is the whole reason.
Your price never goes up while you stay.
You start at $500 a month. It stays $500 for as long as you stay month to month.
What you pay for separately
Your own software subscriptions stay yours.
You pay them to the software company as you do today. If the analysis recommends a new tool, it states the cost before you decide. Software companies do not pay us.
A larger project, such as a move to different software, is priced on its own. Your analysis states that price before you decide.
Your records
How your records are handled.
Before we read any record, you sign a data handling agreement. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- We use our own login wherever a program allows one, and a read only login where the program offers it. Every login uses two-step sign-in and is kept in a password manager.
- We never log in to a bank, and we cannot move money.
- Your information is used for your business only. It is never sold, never used for another client, and never used to train any AI. At Sannidhi, only Chris Cobb has access to it.
- The files exported for your analysis are deleted within 30 days of delivering it. Ask us to delete everything at any time and we do it within two working days.
- If something goes wrong, we tell you in writing within 24 hours.

Do software subscriptions cost extra?
Yes. Your software subscriptions stay yours, and you pay them to the software company as you do today. Software companies do not pay us. If the analysis recommends a new tool, it states the cost before you decide.
How are my customer records handled?
Under a data handling agreement you sign before we read anything. We use our own logins with two-step sign-in, never log in to a bank, and never use your information for another client or to train any AI. Exported files are deleted within 30 days of delivering your analysis.
Is there a contract?
No. You can stop any month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month is $500, like every month.
What if I need to move to different software?
A move to different software is a larger project. If your analysis recommends one, it states the price before you decide.
What happens if I stop? Who owns the accounts?
You do. We move any account we hold for your business into your name, remove our access, and help you change any password we have known. Everything we set up in your software stays with you, with a short written note of how it is set up so it keeps running.
Will the price go up for me?
No. You keep the price you start at.
